It's the last tango in New York City for John McCain and Sarah Palin.
The Republican duo will headline a Tuesday-night fund-raiser at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Midtown that will mark the end of their money-making appearances together, The Post has learned.
The two will hit the campaign trail hard after the event, giving rallies and stump speeches with no more fund-raising breaks.
Despite the sharp economic downturn plaguing the nation, the gala is expected to rake in at least $5 million for the Republican National Committee, a campaign insider told The Post.
Ticket prices range from $1,000 to get in the door to $25,000 for a private dinner with McCain and Palin, including a photo opportunity.
