Sept. 6 - Not even a hurricane could stop Anna Angert and Justin Spitzer from tying the knot. The Manhattan duo planned an outdoor ceremony at the Estate at Florentine Gardens in River Vale, NJ, but Hurricane Hannah forced the newlyweds and their 240 guests inside. But, Spitzer, the vice president of equity sales at RBC Capital Markets, and his bride weren't phased by the storm raging outside. "It felt like a fairy tale," says the bride, a Human Resources associate at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
