A deal has been reached with the Port Authority to rebuild St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, which was destroyed on 9/11.
In exchange for construction funding - which includes $10 million from the bistate agency and $10 million from JPMorgan Chase, which will develop an office tower next to the church - St. Nicholas will move about a block west to the corner of Greenwich and Liberty Streets.
The tiny, three-story church had been at 155 Liberty St.
