He's too little for the big house.
That's what the family of Tommy Martino - the 5-foot-5 bagman for rogue NBA ref Tim Donaghy - claims in letters to Brooklyn federal Judge Carol Amon, scheduled to sentence him today.
"At the risk of sounding like a parent, Thomas, being short in stature, might become a ready target for abuse," wrote his father, Charles Martino.
Martino, 42, faces up to 14 months for serving as the go-between for Donaghy, 41, and a professional gambler.
