50 Cent is suing Taco Bell, claiming it parlayed a media stunt into an ad campaign.
His lawyers accused Taco Bell of false advertising by circulating a letter addressed to Fitty asking him to "change his name for one day from '50 Cent' to '79 Cent,' '89 Cent' or '99 Cent.' "
"After Taco Bell drafted the letter, it did not send it to [50 Cent]. Instead Taco Bell released it to the national press," his lawyers wrote.
