Mark Sanchez and "Entourage" hottie Jamie-Lynn Sigler have split over the Jets quarterback's wandering eye, sources tell Page Six.

The pair called it quits last week after three months of dating. The NFL star has been repeatedly spotted chatting up other women and has also been spotted checking out the Broadway show "Memphis," where he was believed to have had his eye on a pretty chorus girl.

A source told us, "It was a mutual decision, but Jamie-Lynn was ready to move on from Mark. He is 23 and determined to prove he's a hot commodity by playing the field, but she is 29 and is looking for a more mature and stable relationship.

"They have been heading in different directions. Jamie-Lynn is focused on coming back to New York to star in 'Love, Loss and What I Wore' off-Broadway, while he's heading upstate to train with the Jets.

"As far as Jamie is concerned, she is back in New York, she is single and she is looking better than ever."

We first reported the two were dating earlier this year after they met at a party for the premiere of "Keep Surfing" at the Tribeca Film Festival in April.

They were spotted dining out here and in LA and catching "Race" on Broadway in May. But that month, Sanchez was also spotted with a pretty blonde at a local bar.

Sources said he was also a regular at "Memphis" and became friendly with cast members, sparking gossip that he was seeing a chorus girl. Handsome Sanchez hinted things were not serious by saying of Sigler on LA radio station KLAC in May, "She's a sweetheart, we've hung out across New York. She's a great girl, but I mean, she could probably do much better than me."

Reps for Sanchez and Sigler, who were last seen together at the Tonys in June, didn't get back to us.
