Comments: 6It was three months ago today, as Sen. Chuck Schumer recalls, that the Scot tish government granted a "compassionate" release to convicted Lockerbie bomber Abdul Al-Megrahi on the grounds that he had terminal cancer -- and less than three months to live.
Megrahi, who killed 270 people -- including 189 Americans -- when he bombed Pan Am Flight 103 over Scotland in 1988, was given a hero's welcome in his native Libya.
Well, guess what?
He's still alive.
Speculation that the fix was in started immediately after Megrahi's release: British Prime Minister Gordon Brown reportedly had wanted to cultivate oil ties with Libyan lunatic Moammar Khadafy.
Schumer now wants the Scottish government to demand Megrahi's return.
Fat chance that'll ever happen.
Too bad that James "Licensed To Kill" Bond is never around when he's needed.

When will the public get so sick and tired of the scumbags that they decide a little civil uprising is not such a bad thing?
After all, Was it not Thomas Jefferson who said it might be a good idea to have a revolt every 20 years or so to keep the govt. honest? We are way over due.

I'm surprised Schumer didn't blame the NRA for setting this guy free.

"lunatic Moammar Khadafy". Tsk, tsk. So judgmental! Maybe you are not giving Khadafy enough credit. he is probably a healer too and has resurrected Al-Megrahi
As for Schumer ("Uriah Heep"), he always seems to find ways to get in front of the mike, doesn't he?
