Comments: 7A Queens man has filed a $12 million lawsuit against SUNY Geneseo students who allegedly plied his son with enough booze to kill him during an initiation.
Arman Partamian, of Flushing, was 19 when he died in March from a massive overdose of alcohol in the off-campus headquarters of an unsanctioned fraternity.
Autopsy measurements of Partamian's blood-alcohol content ranged from .39 percent to .55 percent -- almost seven times the legal limit to drive.
The suit, filed last week by Hagop Partamian in Queens Supreme Court, claims the youth was required first to chug alcohol, then play beer football -- drinking a brew before every play -- and then consume a bottle of champagne at halftime.
Afterward, Partamian was required to play "dizzy bat: drinking gin, spinning around a bat, running a few yards, and repeating the process," the suit charges.
Partamian passed out and was left alone in the house, the suit says. He was discovered dead the next morning.

When my nephew was to pledge a fraternity , in secret, this type of behavior was rampant . I found out the location , and accompanied by my cousin , visited the secret party . I made a simple declaration to the 100 idiots assembled that any injury would be dealt with , by me, in the old fashioned way . They were , to say the least , stunned . first because I found them in the woods . And second because no one , it seemed , had ever spoken to them like that before . I took my exit during their stunned silence remarking that they should have fun .
Parents need to stop
SENDING THEIR CHILDREN AWAY ! Children become properly socialized by dealing with adults . Not by remainig in the segregated company of other "children" through out their lives .
