Rape arrest at 'Plax' club

PrintA Queens woman was raped in the Midtown nightclub where Plaxico Burress last year accidentally shot himself -- but managed to summon help via text message, The Post has learned.
Leroy Benros, 26, of Yonkers, met the victim, 22, at 3:40 a.m. Saturday at the Latin Quarter at Lexington Avenue and 48th Street, cops said.
When Benros allegedly forcibly kissed the woman, she rattled off a text to a friend reading: "I'm being molested. Help."
But by the time the friend and another pal found her, she was partially naked underneath a coat with her eyes closed and her arms dangling as Benros raped her, authorities said.
One of the friends yanked the victim away, sources said, and Benros was charged with rape.

It would be real nice if the NY post would take the time to post when all charges got dropped...and why dont we ask the DA what evidence did they have to Charge this person with a 1st Degree rape on the first place... When are the DA going to learn that just the fact that a woman cries rape does NOT make it so...Why dont the legal system goes after a person that makes a false acusation and also after a DA for NOT proper investigating an acusation...On the day of the alleged crime.. there were people that wanted to talk to the police and tell them that this was not the way the girls was saying BUT the NY Finest (Supposelly) were not interested in talking to anyone...All they wanted was make a felony arrest and no interest at all on finding out what really happen....If the DA had such a strong case.. WHY did all charges got dropped on May 18th 2010. C'mom NYPost.. report that as well.

It really sucks that you had to use Plaxico Burress name in this sad situation involving a girl who almost or got raped so that your story could reach headline news. First, of all this is not even Plaxico's Club. What comes around goes around... I'll pray for you. How is the girl doing? If your going to report the facts... report them... Plaxico had nothing to do with situation. You better hope next time something comes up nobody just throws your name into it.

No one here is looking for a Nobel on literature... just take what people are trying to express...Just the content of it. I am sure that many people can not write as well as you do but some are able to write (not to well) in more then one language....What about you.
